Chairman
Dr. Ronjon Nag is an inventor, entrepreneur and a Stanford Distinguished Careers Institute Interdisciplinary Fellow. He is founder of R42 Institute which invents, invests and informs. Ronjon has deployed artificial intelligence systems for mobile devices over three decades, working on neural networks at Cambridge, where he received a PhD in engineering; at Stanford, where he was a Harkness Fellow; and at MIT, where he received an MS. He received the IET Mountbatten Medal at the Royal Institution for his contributions to the modern mobile phone industry. Companies he has co-founded or advised have been sold to Motorola, BlackBerry, where he held Vice-President positions, and Apple.
Director
Michel is a Senior Technology Executive & Entrepreneur, with a strong experience in the semiconductor and mobile industry and an in-depth understanding of the communication and messaging software. As one of the founders of Ecrio, Michel has been involved with the company since its inception and became its CEO in 2011. He is currently responsible for developing and implementing the company strategy and managing its overall sales and operations. During his early tenure at Ecrio, he managed international business, OEM/ODM relationships, strategic partnerships, and was actively involved in product planning and sales strategy. Prior to joining Ecrio, Michel co-founded Nexcom (sold to ISSI), and served as VP Engineering and Operations. Prior to that, he held various engineering and management positions at Catalyst, Exel and Intel where he was responsible for the first Ethernet 802.11 Layer 2/3 chipset deployment. Michel holds a Diplome d’Ingenieur from Ecole Centrale de Paris and an MS in EECS from Princeton University, and holds 9 patents.
Director
As Managing Partner of Chartline Capital, Ben leads the firm’s fundraising, origination, and portfolio support by connecting companies to additional strategic partners, customers, and co-investors. Ben serves as a director of GigSky, Ecrio, Vorbeck, MSCI (NYSE:MSCI), Longwood Gardens, Zip Code Wilmington, and the Tower Hill School. Ben co-founded yet2 in 1999 and was instrumental to its management buyout; he continues to serve on the board. He also founded yet2Ventures (predecessor to Chartline) in 2010. Previously, Ben worked at the E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company (DuPont) in multiple businesses including medical products, fibers, specialty chemicals, and engineering. Ben has a 1986 BSME from Tufts University. He is a licensed pilot, a ham radio operator, and an avid sailor. He lives in Wilmington, Delaware.
Director
Krishna has over 25 years of experience in software architecture, development, delivery & customer support. As part of the founding team of Ecrio, Krishna is heading the geographically distributed engineering team of senior directors, managers and architects responsible for Ecrio products and services. Under his leadership, the team designed, developed and launched commercial products including Push-To-Talk Over Cellular, VoLTE and RCS Software for Tier-1 mobile operator networks. He was instrumental in architecting the patented FlexIMSTM technology. Prior to joining Ecrio, he developed software and firmware for an intelligent server monitoring device at Mirapoint, Inc. At Silicon Graphics, he led a team of engineers in the mid-range graphics workstations group. Mr. Narayanan started his career as a principal engineer at DEC, designing advanced graphics and image processing algorithms for hardware-based graphics accelerators. Krishna received a B.S. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India, and a Ph.D in Computer Science from Louisiana State University. He holds 5 patents.
Director
Vikram is a Senior Executive with strong experience in the mobile industry, an in-depth understanding of its ecosystem and deep relationships with Mobile Operators and their wireless partners. As part of the founding team of Ecrio, Vikram is currently responsible for product management and marketing and develops commercial relationships with mobile operators and their ecosystem. During his tenure at Ecrio, he has held various executive positions, including Systems Engineering and Business Development. Prior to joining Ecrio, Vikram held various engineering and management positions at Lucent, Bell Labs and AT&T where he launched the first multi-gigabit IP Switch and the first internet directory product. Vikram started his career at HCL as a founding member of the R&D team that developed the indigenous mini-computer product line. He is a Member of MOSAIC, the Expert Group at Keybank (Previously Pacific Crest Securities) and strategy advisor on emerging technologies. Vikram received a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Iowa.

Edgar is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Accton, a Taiwan-based global OEM/ODM leader in advanced networking and communication equipment. From 2009 to December 2016, Edgar was President and Chief Executive Officer of Qualtre, Inc., a US-based start-up acquired by Panasonic Corporation in December 2016. Prior to this, Edgar was President and CEO of 3Com Corporation, a leading global data networking company, bringing the company to record revenue and gross margins before it was taken into private ownership. Edgar is currently a Board Director of Spirent Communications and Kollective Technology. Edgar holds a Diplome d’Ingenieur from Ecole Centrale de Paris, a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Master of Business Administration with distinction (Arjay Miller Scholar) from Stanford University.
